Craig Rohse of VeteransArt, in conjunction with the Deception Bay RSL, is planning a "Grid Square Exhibition" comprising the installation of 350 (8x8") square tiles of veterans' artworks in the Deception Bay Library between 1st December 2020 - 29th January 2021.
Of course as a massive map addict and veteran artist, I couldn't not participate!
I have completed three pen and ink drawings on paper, with a eucalyptus wash and coloured pencil, to contribute to the exhibition. These drawings were inspired by my Natural Science-themed "Inktober" sketches I completed last year of a butterfly, superb fairy wren, and a dragonfly.
